We understand the risks particular to off-site manufacturing (in addition to normal construction risk), including safety, funding, process and programming, cost/value/productivity, skills & knowledge, quality, regulatory, industry and market culture, logistics and site operations.

Procurement advice includes definition of supplier evaluation and performance criteria including competency, capacity, commitment, control, cash, cost, consistency, culture, clean, communication.
