With demands on the construction industry to increase the supply of new homes, and with the current challenges around materials and skills, offsite manufacturing is at a critical stage of development. 

We work with manufacturers to develop building systems that provide home buyers, lenders, investors, and developers with the confidence that new products and systems meet the required standards of quality and durability. 

The assessments involve all aspects of the delivery process including design, manufacture, installation and operation to ensure the system performs as intended for at least 60 years.
