Research and Development

We are focussed on materially improving the efficient delivery of new buildings in the UK through offsite manufacturing, and through these typical R&D activities: 

• Improvements to manufacturing and production processes, such as new tooling, technology, or engineering approaches 

• Development of new prototype materials and structures, as well as the associated technologies to connect, transport and finish offsite components 

• Development and integration of low and no carbon systems, and sustainable technologies that minimise waste, repurpose materials, or enhance environmental performance 

• Improving any process, approach or technology innovations that help offsite manufacturing meet new building, health and safety, or fire regulations.
